Baxter Life Training Ltd – Delivering excellence with CACHE
Based in the North West, Baxter Life Training (BLT) are a cross sector training agency specialising in the Health and Social Care sector, offering premier training courses to local communities and businesses. Over the past 12 months, they have achieved numerous awards and accreditations for their quality provision and services.
Baxter Life recently received confirmation from the Department for Education (DfE) that they have been successful in their application to become an Approved Training Agency (ATA), and will be added to the Register of Apprenticeship Training Agencies, reinforcing their quality provision. This milestone allows BLT to increase growth and support employers with CPD and provider success rates.
Simon Hamer, Training Manager at BLT, said: “We were keen to work with CACHE as not only are they highly respected in the care sector, but crucially, they share our values and ambitions, placing strong emphasis on learner success and exceptional customer service.”
Baxter Life Training is dedicated to providing organisations with upfront knowledge and understanding of the care industry. They offer a range of short courses to support recruitment and CPD, running sector work based academies and delivering the underpinning knowledge to Health and Social Care through the CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care.
Mr Hamer added “As the leading sector specialist, CACHE’s growing Health and Social Care portfolio aligns with our growth strategy to continue development of our courses in this sector. We’ve already been working collaboratively with other organisations and partners to share expertise and offer flexible and innovative training solutions, and we believe working with CACHE will make us more efficient and better placed to face the upcoming challenges in Health & Social Care.”
The training provider has also been granted Direct Access to the Work Force Development Fund (WDF) via Skills for Care, where they can support Health and Social Care employers and organisations in managing their training needs and requirements with advice and administration.
Mark Adrian, Account Executive at CACHE, commented: “Baxter Life Training Ltd recently achieved an outstanding grade in their recent audit, and their awards and accreditations are richly deserved. BLT displays great pride, drive and support, and we’re delighted to hear the fantastic news.”
